Corporate Services
The Corporate Services team provides strategic development and leadership across the ShoreLands Group of companies, in conjunction with the Executive Management Team, in all areas of corporate support. This includes human resources ( HR ), quality, health, safety, environment (HSE ), workers compensation ( WC ) and training.
The ShoreLands Group recognises the synergies of these important functions within a corporate structure. The Corporate Services team provides the links across these functions as well as support to the management teams across the group of companies. It does this by ensuring that:
- All staff are provided with the appropriate personal development and growth opportunities within the Group.
- Plans are developed and implemented for quality, health and safety, environment, workers compensation and training across the Group.
- strategic advice is provided to and with relevant internal and external stakeholders for the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the group.
