ShoreBase are able to provide full administration services covering all aspects of camp operations. Our camps are staffed with qualified and experienced Camp Managers who are supported from our head office by:
- Camp Operations Manager - Oversees the camp operations and manages the contract.
- Human Resources – Qualified HR personnel for all recruiting and HR/IR issues.
- QHSE – A team of dedicated QHSE staff to provide ongoing training and conduct regular audits in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- Purchasing – Centralized purchasing team to ensure that the best value and products are sourced.
- Logistics – coordination of all air, road and sea transport to our camps.
